Brittany Nettles

Growing up I spent most of my childhood in Bucks County, PA. I'm currently a proud resident of Kensington; I also lived in Northeast Philadelphia, Glenside, South Jersey, and Rittenhouse Square. I wholeheartedly believe that my nomadic ways and range of neighborhood knowledge has given me and my clients the upper hand. Just call me Nomad Nettles.

I'm a Penn State graduate with a degree in Business and Marketing. I'm a former startup employee with 4 years of small business experience. Without a doubt, the startup taught me the value of grit, hustle, passion, persistence, and people at the mere age of 18. When I was 22, I plateaued - personally and professionally - and decided that I wanted to explore a new venture. I often say that I "accidentally" fell into real estate, which is a story for coffee, by leveraging my education and experience. I grew my real estate brand, She Moves Philly, into a $13MM real estate business by the end of my second year (age 24).

In 2017, I earned the title of #8 solo agent at Keller Williams Philadelphia. In 2018, I earned the title of #1 solo agent and hired my first employee. In 2019, I partnered up with Britt McLaughlin in order to sustain my unparalleled level of customer service and take She Moves Philly to the next level. We are now a team of 4 together producing over $25MM in real estate sales.

When I'm not working, you can find me exploring the Philly food scene, drinking coffee at a local cafe, running the Ben Franklin Bridge, or traveling around the globe. I'm proud of our city, our clients, and our team. I sell real estate to help others grow, and ultimately, grow myself in return.

Growing up in Bucks County my mom was a Realtor and my dad was a residential builder, filling my childhood memories with open houses, job sites, and day-dreaming about building my perfect home one day. Their passion instilled a work ethic, and drive in me to help others realize the home of their dreams could be a reality.

For some, this may be the biggest purchase of their life, for others it is a calculated financial decision to further their investment portfolio. Either way, I want to help all my clients realize their version of the dream home. Enjoying what I do motivates me to get out of bed and create fulfilling and enjoyable real estate experiences for my clients.

Prior to pursuing real estate, I worked as the Director of Operations for a local software company. The start-up world kept me on my toes, showed me how to roll up my sleeves, wear multiple hats, and get a job done.

While I'm not messing with locks and keys, I enjoy family bike rides with my partner and his daughter and exploring Philly's best food, festivals, and fun. After a long day, I look forward to a favorite or new cocktail while cooking dinner. Becoming a cheesemonger is also in my future.

Monica Kramer

As a native of Upper Darby (#Delco #TinaFey) I grew up in a single-parent military family and quickly learned the importance of work ethic, determination, and education. I've lived in 3 different neighborhoods in South Philly and spent 2 years living in France. I have worn many hats in life: I am a French professor turned Real Estate Agent, former Lyft driver, former cheesemonger, former translator, & more.

Ultimately, I am a people person and truly love what I do. I enjoy meeting new clients, guiding them through the home buying/selling process, and helping them find their home in Philadelphia. Come see for yourself why GQ ranked Philadelphia as the City of the Year in 2018! We're gritty, passionate, and never dull.

I am a proud queer Jewish woman and I'm enthusiastic about all things fitness, French, food, & music. When I'm not working, you'll find me cycling all over Philly, running with City Fit Girls, cooking, and checking out the latest vegan restaurant with my wife. Move with me!

Joelle Kondrath

I grew up right over the bridge in South Jersey and while I spent some time living in Nashville, TN and France, Philly was always home. After graduating from Belmont University with a degree in social entrepreneurship and French, I moved to Fishtown, which has been home sweet home ever since.

My passion and love for Philly and good people was what led me to the She Moves Philly team in 2017 when I joined as an assistant. The entrepreneurial nerd in me has loved watching the team grow and with that, I’ve acquired a few more hats. I currently run all of the team’s transactions from contract to close, convey properties for sellers and generally just make it my business that all of our transactions have a smooth, easy settlement and all of our agents are set up for success.

When I’m not learning new things about real estate, you can usually find me sipping on craft beer with friends, roadtripping to see concerts or musicals, keeping up with workout challenges, keeping a meticulous eye on my fantasy baseball team, or learning random languages for fun.

Corine Sapp

I’m a Philly resident for over 50 years (aside from traveling as an Army wife). I have been working hard juggling a Masters at @drexeluniv and real estate with @kw_philadelphia. With experience in business, zoning (we call her the unofficial mayor of West Philly) pre-law, and communications, I have married my interests with a lifelong career in real estate. When I’m not working or studying, you can find me hanging out in my community, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
